Our freestanding steel awnings use a structural frame to support the roof independently of the building.
A hot-dip galvanised steel frame has a protective zinc coating that helps resist rust. IBR roof sheeting is a ribbed metal roofing option that channels rainwater towards the roof edge. A colour-coated Chromadek finish may be specified where available.
For solid-roof structures, roof pitch and drainage also matter. Gutters collect rainwater at the roof edge, while downpipes direct it away from the structure.
